The tenement house of Hotel Santi is located in the very centre of Krakow, in the vicinity of the Dominican Church, All Saints' Square and Grodzka Street - part of the former Royal Route. All the monuments of the Old Town can be visited on foot; the Cloth Hall and St. Mary's Basilica are only 350 metres away (about 3 minutes' walk) and the Wawel Royal Castle 550 metres away (about 7 minutes' walk).

Hotel Santi offers spacious standard and deluxe rooms located on 3 floors, which are serviced by a modern lift. The deluxe rooms are decorated with paintings on the walls, wooden elements or exposed brickwork. The rooms with slants on the top floor facing the street overlook the nearby towers and are the only ones with typical air conditioning. The hotel car park is located at Poselska 28 (hotel courtyard).

The tenement houses at 1 and 3 Dominikańska Street in their present form were created as a result of the merger and adaptation of seven modern residential buildings, built successively at the Holy Trinity Church from the 15th century until the turn of the 18th century. These houses, having the character of bourgeois tenement houses, were rented out to craftsmen and merchants of Cracow, which is evidenced by entries in the toll books. The first record of the houses belonging to the monastery dates from 1441. XV, one of these houses was already made of brick.

It is known from the architectural analysis of the layout of the projections and the interventional architectural research carried out in 1996 that the present Dominikańska 1 building was composed of 3 older houses, of which the western two were already merged before the end of the 18th century. The original Senate Plan, dated 1805, shows only two buildings in place of the present building. Complete reconstruction of the houses took place in the first half of the 19th century. Until the 1820s, these houses stood on an internal road running through the 19th century. The houses stood on the inner road by the Holy Trinity Church until the 1820s. Dominikanska Street was not rebuilt until 1824, after the demolition of the city walls, as part of the clean-up campaign undertaken by the Senate of the Free City of Krakow.

All monastery tenements in the new Dominikańska Street were rebuilt, their facades merged and the second storey added before 1838. The present form of the roof, ground plan layout and façade and interior decoration of the Dominikańska Street tenements was not achieved until the second half of the 19th century as part of the renovation following the great fire of Krakow in 1850. all the tenement houses in the Dominican buildings complex were then given a uniform modest décor. They all have the same plaster decoration of the façade, in the form of modest bands around the windows and profiled cornices, the same woodwork of doors, gates and windows, and baluster balustrades of porches and stairs.
The front elevation of both townhouses was repaired in 1994, and the facade walls were examined as part of the surveillance.
