Laris Hotels Group is the largest chain in terms of the number of aparthotels in Krakow. The company was founded in 2005 in Krakow and currently manages in full sales and operational form facilities in standards ranging from two to four stars:

  • 4 hotels: Hotel Krupnicza 30, Xerion Hotel, Santi Hotel, Plaza Boutique Hotel
  • 7 aparthotels: Mayera Rapaporta Aparthotel, Spatz Aparthotel, Globus Aparthotel, Grodzka 21 Aparthotel, Mały Kraków Aparthotel, Station Aparthotel, Leone Aparthotel
  • 2 apartment buildings: Red Brick Apartments, Apartments 17 Szewska
  • 2 residences: Rajska Residence, Armon Residence
  • 1 hostel: City Express Hostel





The Laris chain has a total of nearly 1,300 hotel beds in two key districts of Krakow - Kazimierz and the Old Town. For many years, the company has been growing at a very fast pace, adding several accommodation and restaurant facilities to its portfolio every year. In the last twelve months, Hotel Krupnicza 30, as well as Apartments 17 Szewska and Rajska Residence have joined the network .





Laris operates within medium-sized establishments, currently between 9 and 36 rooms, which allows the staff to provide the highest quality of service, an individual approach and to meet the unspoken needs of hotel guests, but among the establishments you will also find exceptional hotels with 40 or 60 rooms.

The company employs more than 250 people, including around 200 in the accommodation and catering facilities. The chain's employees are mainly young and ambitious people who want to grow with the company. One example is the story of one of the Managers, who started his adventure in the company as a hotelboy.

The chain relies on in-house staff training throughout the year, especially the Reception Department and Housekeeping Department, as they are the company's calling card. An impeccable attitude and smile, underpinned by knowledge and skills, have an undoubted impact on the final satisfaction of guests.

The location directly next to the railway and bus stations, as well as one of the main transfer points, which is the Słowacki Theatre, provides us with the possibility of taking care of the environment and moving around by public transport.
